This is my first time using a car transporter. I called Aaron and he was able to setup everything for me. All I had to do was fax back the contract that he emailed me and left a deposit over the phone. Within matter of hours, I received a call from the carrier that they will be picking up my car that same day. Hopefully the car gets to the destination on time. I'm rating this site and service before the car gets there.
It seems odd that the website askes the customer to rate their service eventho the car has not been delivered. But in order to get my $30 refund for rating the service, I had to do it by midnight tonight. FYI - the car was picked up today.
As a suggestion to the company, I think customer should rate your service after the car has been delivered and extend the $30 refund for rating your service after the fact, not within 24hours of carrier picking up your car.
Overall service so far has been great tho!
