I contacted Jonathan by email asking him to call me to answer questions. He did not call me, but instead emailed me. His email response time was about 24 hours. Not bad unless his inital email did not answer all of my questions. This generated more questions leaving an additional 24 hours for a response. I initially used the low cost stand-by service, but they were unable to locate a carrier at that price and I had to raise it to the preferred rate. I expected this would happen, but I had the time to spare. Jonathan told me that he did not think I would have any problem getting picked up within a week on the stand-by, so don't use that service if it truly is urgent.

Overall, Jonathan did answer all of my questions and is very knowledgable in what he is doing. He provided average customer service and I would definately use this shipper again.

Once I upgraded to the preferred service... Amy was excellent and called me to walk me through the expectations. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
