A slight delay in getting connected to a representative due to a high volume of calls, but a representative did call me back. Once the process was put into action, everything went smoothly. The truck driver called several times letting the person at the origin point know exactly where he was and when he will be arriving. The car was loaded without incident. The car does have low ground clearance (4-5 in), but it was no problem. The car arrived at the destination point early and again the driver notified us numerous times letting know when to expect the delivery. I would definitely use the service again and the price was right. Of all of the carriers I got quotes from Able was the next to lowest bid.
