While the pickup did not happen until the final few hours of the last day (5 day guaranteed pickup window), the vehcile was delivered very quickly. The driver did not always keep good comunication but we were given his cell phone number and he promptly returned calls. AmeriFreight (as the broker) was very timely and knowledgable answering questions and making me feel comfortable with utilizing their services. We were referred to Amerifreight by a friend who has used them several times and we would use them again ourselves if we have a future auto shipping need.
