I heard about this company through my friend. I used a different company in August to ship my car from New York to Florida, but was very dissappointed with how long it took them to ship my car. I had to wait 10 days in Florida without a car, which was terrible.
This company was definitely better. I called a company representative and he gave me all the necessary information regarding shipping my Infiniti back to Long Island. He was very knowledgeable. I was told about the different rate options that would ensure my car be picked up on the correct date. These include the first class rate, select express rate, and priority preferred rate. I chose the select express rate. The only time that I was unsatifised with the company is when the representative failed to return my 3 voicemails. I called him at 5:30 on Tuesdsay and only was able to speek to him at 12:00 on Wednesday and that is because he finally picked up the the phone when I called. However, it must be noted that he had a lot of messages to return. Overall I was happy with the company's performance.
