I discovered what a wonderful team you have working for Ameri-Freight! I had a situation that aroused,about my truck being delivered to it's destination on time. But, your people responded very quickly to my problem. The drivers were not bidding on my truck for at least 3 weeks prior to today's appointment. Chantell managed to track down the carrier company that finally did bid on my truck. But, the price they quoted Ameri-Freight was $170.00 more than the initial price! She called me back to let me know of what the driver was willing to settle for in terms of delivering my truck to Virginia. I was disappointed with the answer she gave me, but then she said that she could put in for the lowest bid available, and that maybe it could draw in more bids from different carriers. She then called back the original bidder, and asked them if they would accept a lower price, and they said for $100 more they would pick it up from my house, and deliver it to it's destination the next day. So, everything worked out pretty good!! Thanks again for all your help and concern!!!
