The policies of the company makes it very easy to see why they are #1. I, however, fell into the cracks. A miscommunication from the beginning caused my vehicle to not be ready for pickup four or five days after they had my deposit and cost me a week in getting my vehicle. I did notice a substansial upgrade in customer service once Amy got into the picture. I felt very comfortable with her and things happened once it got into her hands. I ended up having to pay more after our original agreement to get a transporter to take my van. I wish I was told what to expect up front. If I ever have the need for a transport company, I will talk to Amerifreight first asking for Amy the managing director. I am sure that this was a glitch. Thank You.
