My experience with Amerifreight was absolutely wonderful. My husband is in the military, stationed out at Camp Pendleton, already making the drive once from Texas to California with one of our vehicles we knew we did not want to make that drive ever again! So we looked into getting are other vehicle shipped. I looked into many shipping companies and Amerifrieght had the best offer, good reviews with the BBB, and seemed like a very trust worthy company. As soon as I requested a quote they got back to me in a very timely matter. The quote was very reasonable, $595, for shipping my 2006 Chevy Cobalt from Texas to California, about a fifteen hundred mile drive. Other companies were quotiong me $800.00. As soon as I decided Amerifreight would be the company we would use I made one phone call to Aaron, the customer service rep that I had already been in contact with via email, he was so friendly and helpful, and we got the process started right away. He emailed me the contract that I needed to read over and sign & I faxed it back the next day. I told Aaron that we where in no rush shipping the car if it took a week to get picked up that would be just fine. After faxing in the contract I received another phone call from a customer service rep, again very friendly and helpful, and they let me know my vehicle was ready to be picked up the very next day. I was shocked and relieved that they took care of me so quickly. Overall my experience with Amerifreight was great! I highley recommend them and would definitely use them again!
