The customer service agent was very diligent and very professional, working with me and keeping me informed of delays and staying in contact with me which made me feel better about the care of my car. I had the car shipped cost to coast and was very nervous about it. But my car arrived when they said it would and the driver was very professional and courteous. Would use them again!
