The level of customer service is impressive but what's great is that they actually deliver on all the talk. The agents on the phone were friendly and readily available (email or phone). There were multiple points of contacts and calls 1-2 days prior to pick up and drop off. I would definitely use this service again. The service is door to door and hard to believe/trust that it could go so smoothly. So glad i researched this company (better business bureau ranking) and used them.
