Driver kept checking with me. When he found out he couldn't bring carrier to my street, he parked elsewhere and drove vehicle to my house. It is a 2008 Prius, and I had never been in one before. He showed my how to start and drive it and I took him back to the carrier. Great service all around. I would recommend you to anyone.....the price was great.
