I had a poor experience with amerifreight. The main contact did not return calls timely, it took over two weeks to get a respone. I left mutiple voice mails and e-mail with return receipt, so I know they received the messages.

In the end we need to move the car to arrive, and continued with this company. They called and tried to up sell the delivery method as they had a driver in the area for additional money.

When the driver arrived he was professional and easy to work with and we shared our experience and he was suffering from the same expereince working ameri freight. Lack of communication and very hard to reach....

If it was not for the company that actually took the car, I would not have continued.

I would not reccoemnd ameri freight to anyone !

We are sorry to hear that the customer had a poor experience with our company. We did dispatch the customer's vehicle to a professional carrier; however, there was no additional money charged to the customer. The customer's total price stayed the same. AmeriFreight paid money out of our pocket to assist the customer in getting the vehicle moved. We are glad to hear that the customer was pleased with the carrier we provided and that he received the vehicle in good condition. We do apologize if we were hard to reach. We have since made changes to ensure that a staff member is available during office hours.
