I did a lot of research of car transport brokers and AmeriFreight seemed to have the best price with the highest ratings. They were very friendly on the phone. Pickup in Atlanta was on time, but it was on the very last day of the 4 business day pickup window (not including the 2 weekend days that fell in that pickup window). Obviously would have preferred to have it picked up earlier, but they fell within the guaranteed range so I can't complain.

My only gripes are about the trucker company that actually shipped my car (not AmeriFreight). They pushed back the delivery date 3 times with a myriad of excuses, and they never answered the phone and took over 24 hours to get a call back each time. After the 3rd time they pushed back delivery, I got AmeriFreight involved and the transport company finally got their act together. I wish I had asked them to help sooner because my car was swiftly delivered a few hours later.

The delivery also took until almost the very end of the estimated window of 7-10 calendar days (it was 9.5 days). This again is due to the trucking company. The car was not damaged, but very dirty (which was expected). So other than the poor communication with the trucker company, AmeriFreight is a good broker company and I would recommend them.
