Actually, I'm quite torn, since the service I received was superb, once AmeriFreight got it sorted out. However, there was the small problem when they initially arranged a pickup weeks before the window we had agreed to, which required a cancellation. After that, it was almost two weeks AFTER the pickup window before a transporter could be arranged - not AmeriFreight's fault and not counting against them. In fact, they were as good as their word about pitching in some of their own money as an incentive to lure a transporter.

So, here's how it rates: communication, including call-back: excellent after a poor start. Remediation and aggressive pursuit of transporters: excellent. Overall, I'd be happy to rate AmeriFreight "very good." And yes, I'd be happy to use them again.
