i had used this company before and thought they were very good, they had very good customer service and were there to help me the whole way through the process, minus the fact that they offered a military discount which was to be refunded after the car was delivered, and most definetely was not. This most recent time that i used them, their service was absolutely horrible. i had submitted a quote about two weeks in advance to the day that i wanted to ship my car, and made the down payment that was to be made. two days later i received a call, not on the primary contact number, to confirm the order but they left a message. The message was left that they had a carrier ready for pickup on my requested date. for the next six days, i tried to call them back and recieved no help whatsoever, i sent numerous emails, but had no response. finally i was able to get a hold of them and the car carrier said they would pick up on a tuesday, then picked up on wednesday. late at night and could not pick up at the requested address, i had to arrange transportation to a local spot. was happy because the car was finally on its way after this long process. The driver of the truck that was delivering the vehicle was just as bad. he told me that he was going to be around on tuesday evening and would be able to drop off the vehicle then, but would call me when he got closer. that call came on sunday. on monday morning, i recieved a call stating that the driver would be there monday night. so i was pretty happy that i wouldnt have to miss work or anything. around 130 pm on that monday, the driver calls me and says that he will be, not at the dropoff address, but at a location roughly 15 miles from the dropoff address, and during the middle of the day, not when he stated he would be there, and if i wasnt going to be there, it was going to be bad because he had other dropoffs to do. Needless to say, i had to miss work, drive about 25 minutes away from work, meet at a central location miles from the dropoff point, and then leave the car because i had only twenty minutes to try and figure something out. was absolutely horrible.

in summary, i was very disappointed by this shipping company this time around. if you intend to use this company, good luck, see if the customer service member jon can help you. as far as getting money back after your order, dont count on it as this is the second time i've used them, and have yet to see anything.

We always appreciate returning customers. Our goal is to offer excellent service to every customer, so we are extremely disappointed that a returning customer found his second shipment with us a poor experience. The customer opted for the Economy rate, which does require the customer to work with the carrier's schedule, as opposed to our upgraded rates in which the carrier is more apt to work on the customer's schedule. We do apologize for the lack of response to phone calls and emails. We do have a high call volume and so we make returning voicemails a high priority. We do offer door to door service, which means the carrier will get as close to your address as possible. Many times, a carrier will ask the customer to meet at a convenient loading/unloading location. Any refunds due to customers are paid. If there is ever a discrepancy with any payment/refund, our finance office will work quickly to correct that.
