The circumstances surrounding the shipment of my car were a little unusual because it occurred during the holiday season. There was some confusion as to when my car could or would be picked up as well as the availability of the company during the holiday season. I was initially a little disappointed until I had the opportunity to speak with the staff who went out of their way to clarify the matter. Things happen in business. What is more important to me how those things are handled and how I am made to feel as a consumer. I would definitely recommend this company and their staff to others.
