Once the auto was picked up everything went smoothly. Originally we tried for the economy rate but had to upgrade to Priority for an extra $200 after waiting 5 business days. I wish they had told me originally when I booked the economy rate that this was a busy time and that the chances of getting the car shipped at that rate wasn't very good. Once I changed to the priority rate everything went smoothly and the driver couldn't have been nicer. Amerifreight stayed on top of the transport he whole time and kept me informed of what was happening. I would use them again.
