I was very pleased with their service. They kept me informed and were very flexible with my dates. They tried to coincide with my own travel time and were consistant with the date of arrival. Raechel was very informative before and even during the process. It had the first time I had ever shipped my car and I had many concerns. Needless to say, I received my car on time, with no damage or anything stolen (I used my car to transport some luggage and it was all there upon arrival). My car was pretty dirty, however i wouldn't expect my car to be clean after traveling across the country (yes, from Virginia to California). I was skeptical when I read reviews of at least eight car shipping companies for obvious reasons, but Amerifreight was very reliable and If I plan on moving back to the East coast, I will definitely call Raechel again and use Amerifreight!
