Pickup was on time, and service was very professional. The driver came directly to my complex. On delivery, he called me ahead of time, arranged a drop-off location and arrived promptly on time. The truck was enclosed, even though I had not specifically requested it, which was nice. I highly recommend this carrier, everything went perfectly smoothly.
