We chose the economy method because our time frame was flexible and it was the best deal we could find. $750 from Texas to Washington State. A carrier was scheduled for the first day in the pick-up window. I had left my car with someone in TX to be picked up while we drove up to WA. When the carrier arrived, the extra valet key that was left to start the vehicle did not work. When I got the phone call from my friend that the car would not start and the carrier had to leave, I was in a panic. I called AmeriFreight to explain the situation and find out what to do next. First, they reassured me that everything would be alright and that they would take care of finding another carrier. I sent the main key through overnight mail to my friend and called AmeriFreight to let them know the car was now ready for pick-up. A day later they found another carrier. They continued to call me, email me and keep me updated on the status of my pick-up time, carrier, as well as answer all of my questions. They helped take the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you!
