I had no problems and was surprised by how fast everything happened. The car was picked up less than 48 hours after I faxed the paperwork and 7 days later the car arrived.I liked that I had some choice of times.I was told they could deliver my car at around 10 pm or if that was not convienent they would give me an hour or two window in the morning.The car arrived in perfect shape and everyone we dealt with was very nice.Since I think this is a largely unregulated industry I was very relieved and happy.
