Never had moved a vehicle from state to state before. I tried another company before this one and they just never picked up the vehicle. I had already moved to GA and was still dealing with the other freight company to get my car here. Then, I decided to cancel them and try a different company. I almost said forget it ad just sold my car, but I gave it another shot with Amerifreight. Customer service was good as they responded to many phone calls and emails to see where & when my car was being delivered. They understood that I was already frustrated by another company and dealt with me anyway. The driver was responsive and called when he was delayed due to weather. It took a few days, maybe 4 to get the car but it arrived in the same condition I left it with the personal items I had in the trunk. So, all in all it was a good experience. If I had a car to ship again, I would use Amerifreight now that I understand how it all works. Pricing was good too.
