Ameri-Freight brokered a deal with Pioneer Auto Express and got an awesome deal with my military discount. At first it kind of got me worried that Pioneer reviews on Transportreviews.com weren't very great as they had a reputation of joy riding customer vehicles around or damaging it without taking responsibility. They picked up my car I bought from California on Friday (early) as they were negotiating last minute deals of course getting me a great price. The car has one small rock dent on the fender and I'm still trying to figure out why the car is leaking? either from last minute joy rides from the owner or the trucking company. Well, I got my car in one piece all the way from California to Virginia so I really can't complain now. Just got to pour some extra money to get the gasket fix, wax/buff, and get it back on the road. Would I shop with Amerifrieght again? Yes, I would and I'll make sure they get me a safer trucking company as Pioneer is 50/50. I'm not taking my chances again. :)

We are always glad to hear that a customer would return to AmeriFreight for future shipping. We are sorry to hear that the customer had a poor experience with the carrier. We screen every carrier in-house and only use top rated carriers. The carriers we choose are fully insured in case a situation such as this occurs. Whenever one of our preferred carriers offers less than excellent service to our customers, they are reviewed and re-considered for future use.
