Several times after I was given the quote, I would have a question and would call and e-mail my contact person (Jeremiah), without response. I would have to continue to initiate the contact and be lucky enough to catch him to have my questions answered. As this was my first time shipping across the continent, I did have a few first-timer questions and anxieties. His lack of courtesy and professionalism in returning my calls, delayed the shipment of my vehicle by more than a week. The transport company was excellent to work with, and other than the poor response by my contact person, this was a simple process.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication in this customers's situation. We were going through some department and personell changes during this time and we worked to be sure that situations like this would not happen; unfortunately, the process was not as flawless as we had hoped. The customer was reassigned a new Shipping Agent and his shipment was completed. We are happy to hear that the actual transit went very well.
