I was very impressed with the customer service at Amerifreight, particularly Chantal. Even though she was not my main contact, I spoke with her the majority of the time, and she was very prompt in calling me back and answering all my questions.

The only thing I was displeased with was the amount of time it took to find me a carrier. After 5 days had passed, Amerifrieght deducted $50 from my initial deposit and offered it to the carrier. The next day, a carrier was found. Overall, I was happy with the transaction and would recommend using Amerifreight, as long as you are not under a time constraint.
