First & foremost this a lengthy review, albeit it will depict the professionalism, dedication, outstanding service & responsiveness demonstrated by Raziah “Raz” Swint. My journey began on an evening when I called AmeriFreight when Raz answered exhibiting a scratchy, faint voice. It was at the end of the work day & it was the beginning of a cold that she was developing, however that did not stop her work ethic the remaining week I texted & called with the responses from her regarding my order. AmeriFreight’s prices were very competitive given my contact with many other various companies. Additionally the AFTA standard plan was worth it in my opinion. She was very personable & relatable by empathically demonstrating her concern for my personal well-being & peace of mind given my vehicle’s care in transit from its origination to the delivery point. She affirmed me that the transportation company was one that she was very familiar with that accepted the contract. Given the approximate pick-up date/time she was in constant contact with me & the transportation company. After it was on the transport, she was available via text since she was feeling very sick & even though she not in the office. Upon delivery the driver of the transport was very gracious & professional explaining the logistics involved from its origination & subsequent journey across 2/3 of the continental United States. After the vehicle was successfully transported with no vehicle damaged, Raz called me to briefly discuss my experience with AmeriFreight as well as the transportation company. I would personally give more than 5 stars for Raz at AmeriFreight if possible. As for the driver of transportation company 1MD Express Inc., Pedro exhibited graciousness & decorum along with great care at delivery & would personally give 5 stars as well. My only issue with 1 MD Express Inc., was neither myself nor Raz was notified the date/time when the vehicle was picked-up at the origination location.
