booked shipping days ahead for total of $500, i pai a $150 deposit to secure transport, the day it was to be picked up i got a text saying they could not do it for 500 and it would be an additional $1000, and it would not be here when it was scheduled, they could not secure a driver to haul it. how do you take a deposit and send a contract without knowing you can deliver what you promised? after a miserable day of back and forth with the guy giving me a lower number each time but still way above the agreed $500, i had to put a call into my lawyer. when i told them i would just drive and pick the vehicle myself they tried to add on a $200 cancelation charge, when they could not even do the job! BE ADVISEDREAD EVERY WORD IN THE CONTRACT, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THE CALL CENTER IS MANNED BY SCAMMERS AND IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!
after it is all said and done, i had to report their emails as a scammer, i had to go to the bank and close my account to avoid them putting in a new charge, and i had to block their number on my phone.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
be aware of who you are dealing with, question everything. i did and they still got $150 out of me for nothing.
