Summer Move Turned Out Fine!

I had heard that shipping your car during the summer can be a nightmare. My experience was no exception. I booked with Amerifreight a month in advance and their carriers still ran into issues on the road that were out of their control. Christine Farrow with Amerifreight and everyone on her team had good communication via phone and via email the entire time. I shipped an EV and was given information on how to prepare the car for the carrier, and I also did my own research online. Between those sources of information my car arrived safely and without any cosmetic damage or issues to the engine or battery. The process for pickup and drop-off can be tricky and that's all managed between you and the freight driver directly, not Amerifreight. Christine did a great job at helping find alternatives or provide me options when pickups scheduled were delayed and overall my car pickup was only delayed by a week during the busiest time of the year. She was never pushy about what I should do, she always left it up to me to be comfortable with the decision since it's my car. I would recommend them because of her customer service and communication skills.
