It's easy to recommend AmeriFreight AutoTransport Brokerage and notably Sales Representative Supervisor Maleah Sanders, who went above and beyond to ensure a successful experience. In the midst of a harsh and stormy winter, we needed a dependable delivery to shepherd a recently purchased car from Illinois to Massachusetts, ideally before the next storm! Despite an initial failed first attempt securing a driver and enclosed carrier, Maleah swiftly pivoted with an available alternative. It's important to note however, that the pain point we experienced wasn't with AmeriFreight's brokerage services, but with the carrier instead. Once contracted, it was practically impossible to speak with the appropriate carrier contact person, despite umpteen calls circumventing clueless dispatchers. When finally locating the owner, we encountered language barriers, which made communicating nearly impossible without a translator. Regardless of this frustrating caveat, Maleah successfully managed the entire process from initial inquiry, to quote, to carrier contract through delivery all within a masterful four days, and for that, she deserves kudos.
