This is my second time working with Amerifreight. While the first time didn't work out as planned (the car died before it was shipped) they tried their best. This second time everything worked out pretty much exactly as planned. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the service and the results. Keep in mind Amerifreight is a broker and as such only worked on my behalf to find a qualified transporter. As it turns out the transporter they contracted with (Downsouth Auto) was very good and he did everything he promised within the time he promised it. The new 2010 car was delivered unblemished, which is exactly what one would hope for with a new car.

Now, I will be paid $25 for submitting this review, but I understand that an "excellent" overall rating isn't required - but does make the compensation process easier. So while a bit weird, thankfully I'm not so destitute that I would consider compromising my integrity for $25. And had they screwed things up, been dishonest, or jacked me around, I would have extracted a hundred times that in a scathing review. Fortunately it turns out the folks at Amerifreight are good hard working people who kept their end of the bargain, not once, but twice.

I will definitely call them again and give them a third opportunity next time I need to ship a vehicle cross country.

Jim, thanks for your frank statements and we value your input very much. Thank you also for the remarks on the rebate. Yes we do not want to bribe customers to do a review. And yes, we ceratinly do not expect a 5 star review to qualify you for a rebate. It is but a sign of goodwill and a token of thanks for placing an order with us and completing the process by doing a review. We look forward to do be of service to you again. Marius Lehmann
