My first account rep never got back to me, didn't return my emails or calls.
Then I got a new account rep and he was much better - called me back as promised. The initial hassle was a pain, but they had decent pricing and after the newer rep was on the account things proceeded more smoothly.
Car arrived undamaged and on-time - can't ask for more I guess. The experience would've been better if I had a better account manager from the start, but overall it was a decent experience.
