For the most part, my experience with AmeriFreight was very positive. The only reason I would give them a less than perfect score is because I had been placed in contact with a particular carrier and made arrangements to have my vehicle picked up. A day or so later, I received a call from a different carrier saying that he would be picking up my vehicle. I was disturbed because I had no idea that my vehicle contract had been reassigned without any communication with me. I would have liked to have received a call from AmeriFreight in advance letting me know that my carrier had been changed and I should expect a call or email to make updated arrangements for pickup.
