The process and execution for the shipment of the car was a pleasant experience. The price was right. The online reviews of the company were 99% positive. Booking was prompt and since this was off season for Florida to the North trips, the car was scheduled for, and picked up, two days later. AmeriFreight provided appropriate information by email but the carrier, ProTransport and Towing was less communicative. The company subcontracted as the carrier was difficult to contact on a Saturday. They did not call on Saturday morning to confirm the approximate time for pick up. However, the driver called later in the day and established an approximate arrival time. He came on his schedule. The driver was pleasant, courteous and efficient and provided an estimated delivery time in Massachusetts. The transporter was too large to enter the pick up and delivery destinations and the driver selected convenient sites at both ends of the journey for pick up and deliver of the car.
