It took nearly 3 weeks until my car was picked up, however, I was not in a hurry and was not too bothered by the delay. Amerifreight was always available and helpful on the phone and they credited me money twice because of the delays. Because of this good customer service and the fact that I was not in a rush, I give them a pass on the delay and still give them an excellent rating.
