This is my second time using Amerfreight. For the most part, dealing with Amerifreight was easy. I used the priority method both times. Quotes are done online and I was able to get my car shipped on time within a week of the pick up date. I was quite nervous that my car wasn't going to be shipped on time but Amerifreight was able to pull through. The price was reasonable and Amerfreight also offers a wide variety of discounts. Customer service have been helpful for the most part. I wish their agent would return my emails and messages faster though. Getting my agent on the phone was difficult sometimes because most often she'll be with a customer when I called. For a while I was playing phone tag with my agent. I found email much more effective.
