This was my first time shipping. I needed to move a car on short notice, and wanted a solution that just worked with minimum hassle and no surprises. I contacted several top-rated brokers including AmeriFreight, where "Jen" responded immediately, got several decent quotes from reputable carriers within a few hours, and in general gave me a good vibe. The pickup was on-time and delivery actually a day earlier than expected. Both Jen and the driver were easy to reach and quick to respond with questions and status updates. My only issues are small and related to the broker (Zha Express), not AmeriFreight (the driver had only a cell phone and couldn't print a bill-of-lading or receipt). I contacted Jen and got the BOL via email within an hour, so I didn't deduct a star.
