Move from WA to KS

I moved my Honda from Bothell Washington to Wichita Kansas. Amerifreight is the broker. The first carrier that they arranged for me was late for 2 days. On the first day, the carrier said the hydraulic on the truck was broken, he said it will be ready on the next day. However he didn't show up the next day. Numerous calls were placed to the carrier but he only returned call on the sixth or seventh messages. When the carrier still did show on the third day, I called the broker and they quickly arranged a different carrier, the car was then pickup in two hours. The car was delivered two days late as I have initially planned. Luckily I have a friend that can loan me a car. Overall, Amerfreight service is friendly, but they must know their carriers before dispatch to their clients.
