After reading all the bad reviews for other Auto Transport Brokers, I had just about decided to drive my vehicle from Albuquerque to Pennsylvania and fly back myself. Fortunately the company doing the up-ftting to my truck recommended Jennifer Sylvester with AmeriFreight, whom they have used before. Jennifer explained the whole process upfront. She demonstrated true professionalism while I unloaded the concerns I had after all the horror stories I had read from other companies reviews. After the first carrier didn't show up, she immediately got another one lined up. Truck got delivered successfully and at the price I was quoted, which was lower than I had expected. Jennifer as well as the carrier communicated with me through the entire transaction.
