Melissa did a great job! She was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain the industry, the process, and answer all my questions, as well as to guide me about pricing my offer. Once we posted the offer, she helped guide me on negotiating the price with the various carriers who bid for the job and worked as an intermediary between the carriers and me to accommodate my pick up and drop off time requirements. Before I agreed to book with her, after I booked, after the vehicle was picked up, and even after it was dropped off, she always followed up quickly. And, during hours she was off work, her teammate, Rosie, jumped in and helped out and also was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Melissa again!
