This is a copy/past Of an email I sent. The issue is. My vehicle was not delivered. the carrier failed to reach out to me. when I was finally able to contact them, I got nothing but excuses. (I payed double the standard rate to have it arrive before Xmas) the issue was not with weather or transport issues the issues was "it's Christmas" so apparently the driver decided to take Several days off. (literally doubled the shipping time) when Ms. Williams was able to get in contact with them they offered a $50 discount. Order Details Vehicle: 2023 ford F-150 LIGHTNING Estimated Pick-Up: 12/19/2023 Estimated Delivery Date: 12/22/2023 The new delivery date is the 27th.(I have not yet seen it and don't know where it's at) Carrier Details Carrier Name: Car Hunter Corp Carrier Contact: Nazar Tarasiuk Carrier Phone: (251) 439-5073 Rant done. Here is the email I sent to Ms. Williams Your customer service and professionalism is Absolutely outstanding. Having trained Customer Service Agents who take care of upper management and executives at companies such as AT&T Ford. A CSR who can build relationships with the client brings a lot to the table. The CSR not only keeps the client happy in the daily operations but when the inevitable hiccup happens, your clients Know that with a call, txt or email, they have someone who will simply "fix it". Ms. Williams has demonstrated Grade A corporate account level customer service. I would like to see her be given the opportunity to move up the ladder. perhaps as a trainer, manager or a position where she will have the opportunity to guide others or lead by example. This is just my opinion as someone who was highly regarded in the industry and known for producing exceptional agents (who mostly went on to management and leadership positions). Ms Williams, I'm formally asking you to please pass this along to your manager and HR Department. I would also like to thank you for the excellent interaction. I don't typically write letters of recommendation or Kudos. In your case I'd have absolutely hired you on the spot based on this morning's interaction. Thank You. Thanks, Gary
