Today, I called your company and explained in detail my bad experience with Amerifreight Co. and Transportation services, overall due to late pick up and delivery I had to spend more money in renting a car for a week, also was asked (by Amerifreight) to increase original contract payment agreement in order to have vehicles picked up. I feel that the Company makes you wait for the longest time to then increase rates out of client's desperation.

We are sorry to hear that the customer was unsatisfied with the service of AmeriFreight. The customer, as does every customer, has the option of shipping at 3 different rates. This customer chose to ship at the Economy rate; which in our terms states 1) that the pickup and delivery dates are only estimates and 2) that if a carrier is not secured within 5 business days AmeriFreight will add $50 of our money and the customer must be prepared to add money from their side as well. The additional money the customer adds does not come to AmeriFreight, but goes directly to the driver. You can visit our website to determine which rate would best suite your shipping needs.
