I cannot express enough how amazing Brooke was!! I was in a situation where I had to get a vehicle from California to Wisconsin - and somewhat urgently. I searched and searched for almost two weeks for companies to do the transport, each company sounded okay but then I would read bad reviews and/or fraud situations and became super nervous. I went to the BBB site and found AmeriFreight, called them and Brooke was the agent that answered - she was thorough, patient, reassuring and her communication and follow up was top notch! She coordinated with the driver (Gia) and the car was picked up within hours. I would recommend her and the company to EVERYONE. I’m a small business owner so I appreciate being on the receiving end of amazing customer service!! Thank you Brooke, Gia & AmeriFreight, you are all simply the best!
