This was my first experience shipping a large item across the US and I wasn't sure what to expect. Robyn (as well as others) at AmeriFreight made the entire process seamless. Communication was fast and, for my convenience, was completed via email, texts, and phone calls--all within a timely manner. Although I did not receive the communication I would have liked from the carrier company and my item was just a bit delayed (weather and holiday traffic), AmeriFreight stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I would use AmeriFreight again and will recommend them to others.
