AmeriFreight - First carrier had to cancel cross country transport last minute due to mechanical issues. Panic set in as pre Thanksgiving travel plans were already set. Any delay would have created a cascade of issues and cost a fortune to change. Rosie to the rescue! She was able to find a top rated replacement that met my deadlines the very same day. They picked up and arrived on time - careful and courteous too. Communication and reassurance from Rosie throughout the process. Faith in customer service restored!
