Tough logistics as i was coordinating from our of country and present for neither the pickup or drop. Benjamin took a very tight window, was responsive when it moved around, and got it all done. Let's face it, the pricing is what you make it, and it doesn't change broker to broker. Only the experience is different. The carrier they booked was responsive and available, payment was flexible and easy. Nobody i spoke to in the whole chain spoke Russian and no English, unlike the competition. Wouldn't even think about using another company next time. Sure wish i had started with these guys.
