I had a great experience with shipping my car, thanks to the wonderful customer service provided by Kalie. As a member of the military, I frequently have to move every three years. On one occasion, I received sudden orders to relocate my family from Washington State to Southern California, while I also had to attend intense training in Virginia. This put me under a lot of stress, but Kalie was there to help me. She patiently listened to me and explained the entire shipping process, which helped me to calm down. I am grateful to Kalie for her honesty and transparency. With her assistance, I was able to ship my car to Southern California and attend my training in Virginia without any issues. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful experience for me.
