Poor communication

There was such poor communication throughout this process and the delivery/pick up date were not met. AmeriFreight failed to return calls and respond to emails. After a transporter was identified, it took Braz Transport 4 additional days to pick up my car. I contacted both parties (AmeriFreight and Braz Transport). My car was suppose to be delivered by Sunday, unfortunately it was delivered on Tuesday. I missed my first day of work. As the days went by, I contacted my attorney because I did not receive follow up from either party - I was not sure if my car had been stolen.

After my attorney got involved, I received all of the necessary follow up. Unfortunately, I can not recommend AmeriFreight or BrazTransport to anyone.

Returning calls and reassuring customers is paramont to quality service. Thank you..

The customer had placed her order in at the Economy rate, which does not provide guaranteed pickup and delivery dates...only estimates. We do offer a Select rate which guarantees delivery dates. Our shipping agents explain when the order is taken, as well as in the Order Form, the terms of each of our shipping rates. We do apologize for any lack of communication. Our office was not open full business hours over the holiday weekend, so we do apologize that the customer was unable to reach us. If any carrier fails to offer excellent service to our customers, the carrier's preferred status with AmeriFreight is reviewed. Our office shows no record of an attorney contacting our company. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding with the shipping rates and for the inconvenience this caused her. We are glad to hear that she has recieved her vehicle and in good condition.
