Jen S. was extremely communicative and helped me get set up to have my car shipped from an auto body shop to my home after a school bus drove into me and I had to leave my car behind to get home from vacation. She even called me on her day off to make sure everything went fine with the delivery and pick up. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous about which company to choose, but I am glad Jen was there!
