My van arrived very promptly and the driver kept me informed the whole way. Transporting and picking up my vehicle was complicated on my end. There were many moving parts. For instance, I had to transfer my belongings, including a bed platform, from my wrecked van to my new one. My driver not only dropped off the van in front of the wrecking yard for me, he also waited for me to arrive as I had to deal with a dog at the vet, an emergency room for dog bites, and picking up prescriptions on the way and it took longer than I expected.
