Our agent, Benjamin Grant, was very knowledgeable and responsive around the shipment. He did a great job. I took a star away because the actual price was 30% more than the online quote received. Be aware of this when you are getting estimates. This is an Amerifreight issue and not a reflection of the job their agent did for us. He was professional and responsive.
